What stays on your iPhone

Day Sheet keeps your clients' homes, schedules, room lists, notes, visit log and earnings only on your iPhone. There is no account and no server copy of your homes. Door and alarm codes are stored in your iPhone's Keychain and are shown only after Face ID or your passcode. They are never sent to us and never shown on the Lock Screen, in reminders, in Siri answers or in exports unless you switch "Include entry codes" on for an export.

When you add a home from Contacts, iOS gives the app only the one contact you pick (name, phone number, postal address). The app cannot read the rest of your Contacts.

What reaches our server

1. Your App Store transaction when you start a trial, buy, renew or restore Solo, so our server can check with Apple's signature that the purchase is genuine. We store the transaction and product identifiers, the environment, the app build and a random install number. We do not receive your name, e-mail or payment details.
2. Anonymous usage events such as "a visit was marked done" or "the plans screen was shown", with a random install number, the app version and the time rounded to the minute. They never contain names, addresses, phone numbers, codes, notes or prices.
3. Crash and performance reports from Apple's MetricKit (timings and call stacks of the app's own code).

Our server is run for us by Hostinger in Germany (EU); backups are kept in France. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, show ads, or sell or share data. Retention: transactions for the life of the subscription and the period accounting law requires; usage events 400 days; crash reports 180 days.

Your choices

• Settings → Export my data: a JSON and a CSV file with everything the app holds.
• Settings → Delete all data: removes every home, code and visit from the iPhone. Deleting the app does the same.
• Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.
• Requests about the server data: info@algoriel.io.

Children

Day Sheet is a work tool for adults and is not directed at children.
